Help us grow the LocalRoots Directory. Add a business you love — we’ll review it, publish it, and invite the owner to claim it. Nominated listings are unclaimed until the owner verifies.
All new submissions are reviewed for accuracy and go live after approval.
How it works (fast & simple)
1.Click “Add the business now.” Fill in what you know (name, city, phone/site, category). More details help, but you can leave blanks.
2.Submit. We verify the info and mark the listing as unclaimed until the owner confirms.
3.We publish. We’ll invite the business to claim and upgrade later (Free, Featured, Partner, Founding Partner).
What’s required include
- Category (e.g., Plumbing, Café, Auto Repair)
- Business name, street, city, state, zip code
- Why you love them (Description)
What's nice to have
- 1 photo (storefront, logo) if you have one
- Email, Website, Phone
- Amenities like Free Wi-Fi, Kid Friendly, Gluten-free Options
Privacy: We only publish public business info. If you share personal contact details for a nomination, we use them solely to verify the listing.
